No, I did not want to end this year on such a sad note. Maestro Armando Manzanero died in Mexico City on 28 December aged 85 from the complications of COVID-19. Among his most famous songs are Adoro, Contigo aprendí, Por debajo de la mesa, Señor amor, Somos novios and, of course, Esta tarde vi llover. So. The version of this latter performed live by Manzanero with Berklee students is the last song of 2020.
