I discovered the fantastic Cuban band Cimafunk two weeks ago, once again, thanks to then freshly released NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert series. The very same day they released Caliente featuring New Orleans-based The Soul Rebels and, also from New Orleans, Tarriona "Tank" Ball (of Tank and the Bangas fame). Enjoy!
